Ahead of its time

I revisited this album after hearing Fishbone was going to play at the Sunset Strip Music Fest. Way ahead of its time. And I agree with the other reviews: Fishbone and The Untouchables of the 80s were huge influencers on the 90s ska punk scene. Good times. I was a little female dj at two Virginia schools and this album was a staple in my collection (note ALBUM kids). Relistening has made me realize I had really good musical taste. Then and now. Wacka do, wacka do.

HAVING SEEN FISHBONE BACK IN CONCERT IN THE 80'S THEY BRING A HIGH LEVEL OF ENERGY TO ANY SHOW. THIS CD WAS AHEAD OF IT'S TIME. OFTEN WHEN YOU THINK OF SKA ITS FISHBONE, UNTOUCHABLES AND OTHERS THAT COME TO MIND. THEY KNOW HOW TO HAVE FUN AND THEIR SONGS HAVE STOOD THE TEST OF TIME.
Got me bonin'

This is good true ska music and the price is great! If you don't have any Fishbone, this is the place to start.

This EP was groundbreaking back in 1985. Ska music was very popular in the LA area. Especially on the Westside. Fishbone was the band to see. Killer musicians and crazy stylee. With The Untouchables and the Question. Fishbone was at the top of their game.
A must buy for yall.
A must for fans of Ska!

One of the best ska albums ever recorded. A difinate influence on the 90's revial. Not to mention a great addition to what 2 tone ska had accomplished. This album is the link for me, the reason for my love of ska music, past present and future... Cheers Tonic
