Defiantly a 'softer' song but still great as always with Hilary Duff! Can't wait for her new album this June & I'm really loving 'Sparks' also (it may be my favorite out of the newer songs she has released so far!) 5/5 stars for Hilary! :D

I have loved Hilary since she was 13 and have followed her ever since.. But with that being said, this song is basically a knock-off of her first song "I Can't Wait". Listen to it and you'll hear the similarities.. Totally a song for the pre-teens.
