Pet and The Outsider are stand-out tracks for me. Those are rockers. The Package is a slow burn and gets intense at the end. The rest of the album is a little mellow for my taste but still good.

Mer de Noms was always going to be a tough act to follow. The best thing about this 2nd record, is that it tried news things. Sometimes the experiments payoff big! But not always. So, we’re left with a great album that isn't quite consistently great.

This is by far the best album I have listened to by them. Mer De Noms was less melodic, and eat the elephant is more modern sounding, but this is a great album because it has more melodic songs than the other two. I must say it is almost relaxing to my ear.
