Don't let the negative reviews fool you. This album is incredible. Sure, they took a chance and released the single most electronic album of their career, but I'll be darned if it didn't pay off. Songs like "French Bacon" utilize an electro feel but still manage to maintain that classic E6 rock and roll bravado. Other tracks like "Interchangeable Knife" and "We Use the Same Products" are amazing, but even I can see why they would throw the listener off at first. This isn't business as usual for this band. However, the core essence of what makes Electric Six great is still intact in these songs....you just have to give it some time to sink in and let the wave of euphoria wash over you.

Come on Electric Six!! I love EVERY album up to this one. This to me sounds like Evil Cowards... This one just didn't do it for me and I am a diehard fan! We'll see what they put out next year...

I a Big Electric Six fan seen them about 7 times. What is most disappointment to me is that This sounds like last two albums which sound like Evil Cowards. I love what you came from with the Album Fire and next two after. I going to keep listening and hope it grows on me.

the wittiest band that ever came out of Detroit are here to stay. If you listen to Electric Six, it makes you wealthier, healthier and wiser. If you buy their new album, it just goes to show Mensa doesn't know crap. This band is guaranteed to make your mother cry and make you want to leave your significant other and rave all night long. Believe me, it's true.
