Unfortunately Josh has taken the easy way out on his new vocals. He has a great voice, but to save himself from having to live up to that great voice live, he's starting singing A LOT in his falsetto. This way he doesn't have to worry about singing full voice in concert on those glorious high notes that he CAN hit, but is too nervous to have to live up to. He is a terrific talent, but to honor great talent he should push himself to live up to it. And none of these songs are all that spectacular. They are ok, but I agree with David Foster - when Josh is in his own "lane" no one does it better. When he tries to emulate singer/songwriters like Paul Simon and others, he comes up short. These songs are not his best. His singing on his Christmas CD was spectacular. These are just ok. Josh - push yourself to live up to your gifts.

These songs here are better than the studio album. The bass is deeper for one. Also, and much more importantly, Josh is singing with fuller emotion in front of this live audience. It makes the original studio recordings feel over-rehearsed.

I was at this concert in the Apple store in SOHO and it was a great concert! He has such an amazing, pure voice. It was nice seeing him live!

I really enjoy his work. especially when he did " Cinco presents groban sings casey", a beautiful tribute to casey tatum, who's life was tragically cut short. R.I P, casey tatum!

Josh is multi talented! He is truly beautiful person inside and out. Thank God he keeps making music for all of to love.

This is an amazing album as it is live from the Apple Store. Josh Groban's voice resonates within your soul and awakens your senses. Once again, the lyrics are relevant and speak to the listener as Josh tugs at ones heart strings. Josh Groban is one of the most talented individuals in the music business. I was a bit trepadacious when I learned Josh broke from Foster, but the combination of Groban and Rubin proved to be an excellent combination. I highly recommend purchase of this performance as it is most defiantly a representation of some of Groban's greatest works.

Listening to these tracks actually has a new york feel to it. It actually makes me feel i'm back in NY .. obviously everything about Josh Groban's voice is perfection. Very few artists can compare. Everyone should buy these EP .. it kicks butt.

These recordings sound better than the ones on "Illuminations" and "Awake"... I was very disappointed with "Illuminations" but I like the audio balance of the iTunes Live versions. Well done Josh.
