It gives me chills. And I listen to a LOT of music.
Scott has a wonderful pure voice. It almost sounds untrained, but that doesn't matter, because she has such range and expressiveness that the song seems to be coming from her core. Her songs are not just ethereally beautiful; they sound heartfelt.
If you haven't heard "Waiting," I hope you listen to the clip. It doesn't do justice to the song (and especially to its lyrics), but you'll at least hear her voice. It's worth hearing.
