What an incredible rendition! For years I've listened to what has been widely acclaimed as the best performance of Messiah - the 1959 Ormandy/Mormon Tablenacle Choir. I now have a new go-to recording. Sound quality is fantastic, orchestration is very much to my liking - it moves and is so very tight. Soloists are gifted.

Like hearing Messiah for the first time.
