I don't follow the news on bands anymore, so when I started listening to this album, it was without the knowledge that Adam came back. It's been a long time since I've had an album sound like sex for my ears, and eargasm if you will. I think the last was Amaryllis by Shinedown back in 2012. The two vocals in Alienation just compliment each other in a way I didn't know I needed. For weeks of straight listening to this album on repeat, I found myself more and more enthralled with just the sound of it all. Like many OG TDG fans from the beginning, I was heartbroken that Adam left, and gave Matt a judgemental side eye for a while, reluctantly approving after his second album release. I understand how hard it is to replace the voice of a band, and Matt has done a pretty good job at it. Anyways, beyond the voices, the lyrics are like they're writing about my life again, which is always nice to hear, and the instrumentals are so on point that while some songs are classic TDG, others are fresh and new and I love them all the same. To sum this review up, this album is like if your childhood crush, the one who got away, teamed up with your spouse and the three of you had a night of passion the likes of which can never be repeated any other way.

I’ll be honest. Matt is a great singer, but Three Days Grace hasn’t been the same since Adam left. When it popped up that a new album released and Adam was back as co-lead, I decided to give it a hesitant try. I was shocked! In my opinion, this is probably one of this band’s strongest albums. I’ve now listened to it all the way through 10 times. There isn’t a single bad song on it. Granted, some songs are stronger than others, but it’s become exceedingly rare that I find an album good enough to listen to all the way through. I’d even put this up there with Chevelle’s This Type of Thinking album in quality.

Best album yet with Adam back there vocals mix together so well it’s amazing. The writing on this album grabs you has you wanting more with each song. Just hit play and enjoy not a bad song throughout.

Adam is the lead singer of 3DG! I like Matt when with MDD but to me he just doesn’t fit this band and style, can’t believe I’m passing on buying the whole album, Mayday only good track!
  • Legendary it’s not!

How this band has fallen! From great songs like I Hate Everything About You to wanting to be “hip” in 2025!
  • Great Album!

I’ve always thought Three Days Grace was a good band, with some great songs over the years, but this steps it up even more. I love the Adam and Matt duo. They pulled it off and created a great album. Keep it up guys!
