This is an amazing album from start to finish. Don’t listen to the 1 and 2 star reviews. This album has amazing setup to it’s songs and beautifully crafted instrumental pieces. It’s worth the buy!

From the start to the end this is a banger!! Production is incredible too, listen with a good set of headphones and you will love it! You must see this band live as I never even knew who they were until 2 years ago and now own everything they have released. Freaking phenomenal!!!!!

It’s not often that music can find the future and hold onto the past. This album does it. It’s a great blend of current era rock with ties to the early 2000 era of music. The album blends slower pieces with raw metal. Wow….

Nothing new. Sounds like the band is stuck in songwriting style that they can’t escape or help themselves from repeating. I’m a big fan of the band, but I need SOMETHING MORE than the same style, themes, and structures playing on repeat.

“Carnal” is a really solid album, It’s a different Nothing More though. They definitely went more radio friendly and less prog/technical as on past albums. It’s by no means a bad record. I would of given it 5 stars , if it didn’t have so much spoken word filler!! I hope NM goes back to NM/Spirits type record for the next one.More songs!! and less spoken word /interludes/ instrumental stuff.
Apple Categorized This As Metal

Why? No offense but Slaughter To Prevail is an example of Metal to me, this should be categorized as Rock. Good Album, but Apple doesn’t know what Metal-Metallica/Lamb of God and Breaking Benjamin/Linkin Park-Rock are and how they are completely different. Just look who are in the top 10 on the so called Metal chart, really, Apple needs a class on the difference between the two genres. By the way the Rock top charts are messed up too.
