Taylor Swift’s songwriting always come off as contrived and bloated. It literally sounds like something written in a junior high school poetry class, with a Thesaurus opened. It does not have the authenticity or ease of a Bob Dylan or Stevie Wonder. Also, she’s not a good singer. Like Joan Baez could sing, too.
