You can tell just by listening to him. I mean, the point where it affects his rap ability. I haven't listened to this yet but I'll say that he ain't what he once was, he sounds sleepy on every track nowadays. I think he should take more time between releases instead of dropping so much material that will, let's be honest, be listened to for a few weeks, but then forgotten about when he drops something new. Unlike the old music, which people are still listening to today.
