Personally, I prefer Escala’s style and renditions better than Bond. Also want to correct one other reviewer. Palladio is based on the concerto written by Welsh conductor/ composer Karl Jenkins. Allegretto is the first movement of that piece. Escala does a great job with it. Sephira, also a female violin team do a very good rendition as well.
Many songs get covered by multiple artists. I’m more interested in what they do with it. It takes nothing away from each artist. I’m extremely happy the violin is making a comeback and I love the classical crossover genre.

Same as the last reviewer... I heard Requiem for a Tower on Pandora and got up and ran to who the artist was! Came right to iTunes to update my playlist. Great modern classical! I love it!
Modern Classical the way it should be

First time I heard of this band was on Pandora. It played "Requiem for a Tower" by Escala, and I became enamored. Doing a little research led me to iTunes, and I read the reviews for Escala. Most people on here compare them to the band Bond, and I can see why. But I think that's an inadequate comparison, due to Bond being more Dance, and Escala being more Classical
Escala should be along the lines of David Garrett, whom I also recommend looking into if you're into Modern Classical.
