I LOVE this new album. I love the blend of his trademark sound with more experimental beats, and I love how smooth it is from start to finish. I feel like some of the tracks have cool links to other songs in his catalog too; besides momentary lovers clearly being a callback to Backseat, rendezvous gives me clubby Eleven vibes and something about yes no maybe reminds me of Bluffin'. Shoutout to Khalid for giving us another great album two years in a row!

I love how he mixes futuristic elements with some old school rnb elements. I think “medicine” or “nah” are a perfect example of perfectly mixed and have ethereal synths and great harmonies
