It would be nice if you can download from other countries, itunes is the same itunes(right) what's better than getting music from everywhere. I like ilses other albums, wish we could get them. COME ON iTUNES....

Excellent recordings! I love both her work in the Netherlands as well as this recording. For some reason, Itunes will not offer her excellent recent work in Europe (The Great Escape is really good) but regardless of the songs on this particular recording, it is her warm and vibrant voice that makes it worth for me every time to put on my head phones and get drawn into her songs... Keep up the great work, and Itunes, please broaden your selections for the US for this artist!!!

If you're even modestly familiar with Ilse DeLange's pop/country work overseas, then you can understand how this release is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I'd rather she rerecorded and repackaged some of her hits and attempted a US-based release which would've been a safe gamble. These songs -- with the exception of 'New Beginnings' -- just are too different a sound, and, sadly, there isn't a standout here worth purchase.
