    If you’re (NOT) black you will definitely hate 2 Pac. He only relates to black people and talks about what “America” will do to you while being black. Only those that has lived through 4 decades of rap can judge rap and PAC is the best by far. If you’re 40yrs old and younger your opinion don’t matter. You was being developed in moms womb off PACs music. You haven’t lived to know the impact he had on this planet. PAC is the blueprint and he’s rapped about everything, any rapper after him is just repeating what has already been said.
