Ok… let me explain… I’m not disappointed in Crowder, or the album. It’s you guys, the other reviewers. I’m seeing everyone only talk about good beats, fun melodies, stuff like that. The point of Christian music is not to make people focus on the music itself. The focus is on God. Always and forever. And I think this album does a good job of that. Red Letters is a wonderful song, and one that we can all relate to in some way, as Christians. Every song tells a story. But I think this album told Crowder’s. Wonderful job. David Crowder has been producing great music his entire career. He burst on the scene with Oh How He Loves, a worship staple. This album, "I Know A Ghost is no doubt his best. It has it all. Rock, Country, Hip Hop, Worship, Southern, on and on. He keeps outdoing himself. To this day, I consider this album 1 of the finest pieces of music any Christian artist has ever produced. I do not think he ever got the credit and I've been listening for probably 30 years which includes dc Talk, Jars Of Clay, Audio Adrenaline, Newsboys, Third Day, Mercy Me, Casting Crowns, Skillet, P.O.D., Chris Tomlin, Elevation Worship, Hillsong United, for King & Country, Toby Mac and so forth. I Know A Ghost ranks right up there with the best of any of these acts best album. Favorite Tunes- Crushing Snakes, Galgotha Hill, & No One!

I love that you share the Gospel of Jesus to the world first and foremost. I’ve not listened to most of these songs on the album the whole way through, but Crushing Snakes is pretty freaking savage 😎🤣it talks about God as the powerful beast He is and also us as believers and how we can crush the snakes of satan 😏😁 definitely an awesome message! 😂 it sounds like it’s a hip-hop beat with a country voice and it’s different but I can get behind for sure 😂 it’s pretty cool for something different! 😂 Thanks again man 😁

Crowder is a genuine soul who breathes passionate music to life. This man is blessed with the ability to transcend genres and take the threads of folk, blues, hip hop and pop and blend them into an audible ecumenical tapestry of sonic beauty that uplifts the hopeful message of the gospel. This album is truly cutting-edge, the music and lyrics are rich with theology so deep that it might as well be a melodic sermon, yet so clear that a child can understand it. This album has a song that everyone can enjoy.
